A short introduction to my new blog and how my journey started.

This blog is an entirely new world to me, I don’t even know how many (if any) of you out there are reading this. I’m just an ordinary girl who decided to make this blog as a way to share my passion with the world and connect with many others who are like me. I started my travel journeys in the early months of 2024. Before that, I was working a mundane corporate job like I’m sure many of us are. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity and I won’t lie, for someone who hasn’t been solo travelling before, I was scared. But in this world (as cliche as this sounds), you do only live once and if you’re looking for something new exciting and different, then I say go for it; mine was to quit my job and go travelling. Now I know we are technically strangers and why would you listen to a random stranger on the internet right? Well if you need just that little oomph or boost from someone who has been in the same boat, then you’re in the right spot.

Now for many, it won’t be an easy decision I’m sure, what with bills, responsibilities or commitments, this is a big sacrifice, I can understand that life isn’t always as straightforward as what I did. But that’s the beauty of travelling, it doesn’t always have to be going to the most expensive place or the most luxurious hotels. It can simply be a day trip somewhere or a cheap getaway in the country next door (that is if you’re not an island surrounded by water). My point is, travelling is subjective, it is up to you on what your perception of ‘travel’ is. If you are lucky like myself and unsure of what to do, then follow my little blog diaries as I continue to divulge into my random, but exciting adventures.

Also, I’m not sure if this is a normal thing to do for a fellow blogger to say to readers, but thank you for taking the time to read this. Until my next post…!
